In Spanish 1 students will be introduced to the language and culture of Spanish speaking people around the world. By the end of the year, students should be able to describe themselves, their friends, and family; discuss extracurricular activities and hobbies; talk about places in the community and their location; describe clothing; discuss the weather; and talk about one's school schedule in Spanish.
